FAQs about booking
What's included in the drinks package?
The night on the party boat in Cologne, including the open bar. Premium also includes long drinks, shots and priority boarding from 18:00. The party wagon ride is an optional add-on whose cost is split across the group.
How does booking work?
Choose a package, choose a date, enter the number of people and pay online straight away — by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Confirmation and receipt arrive by email right away.
How is the price per person calculated?
Number of people times the drinks package price, minus the free places with Premium, plus the group's add-ons. We divide this total by the number of people — you see the price per person live while booking, before you pay.
Can friends join the booking later?
Yes. Just get in touch with your booking number and we'll add more people to the same group. The additional places are charged at the regular price per person.
Where do we board the boat?
The boat does not depart. It stays moored at Heinrich-Lübke-Ufer in Cologne-Rodenkirchen and can be reached the whole time. Tram line 16 stops right by the boat — with a direct link to the central station.
What happens if we have to cancel?
The cancellation rules are set out in the terms and conditions (in German). Get in touch as early as possible with your booking number and we'll work out together what's possible.
