Are there discounts for clubs?
With the Premium package, the 10+1 and 20+2 rule applies: one free place from 11 people and two from 22 people, for the party on board — automatically when you book, no voucher code needed.
Can we pay by invoice?
Online payment is made immediately by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. If your club would like to pay by invoice, get in touch beforehand and we'll set up the booking manually.
How do we get to the boat?
The boat is at Heinrich-Lübke-Ufer in Cologne-Rodenkirchen, right on tram line 16 — with a direct link to the central station. Coaches can stop nearby.
Will we all fit in the party wagon?
A party wagon takes up to 24 people and carries only your group during your time slot. Bigger teams will see what's possible on their date when booking.
Can under-18s come on board?
You must be 18 or over to board. For youth teams, please talk to us beforehand.

Club outing to Cologne: the plan for the committee
A club trip to Cologne can be planned in five minutes: the committee chooses the drinks package and date, enters the number of people and books the add-ons for the whole squad. The price per person is fixed right away, you pay online, and confirmation and receipt arrive by email. A party wagon ride during the day, boarding in Rodenkirchen in the evening and a party until 2 am. Anyone who signs up later gets added to the group.
Team trip with an open bar: end-of-season party on the Rhine
Whether it's a football team, handball team or skittles club: a team trip to Cologne works best with one price for everyone. The open bar is included in the drinks package, so nobody on board has to collect money or run a tab. With the Premium package, 10+1 applies: from 11 people, one person parties on the boat for free, from 22 people two — a noticeable relief for the club funds. Shirts, flags and chants are welcome, as long as the other guests still get to enjoy their night.
Travelling by coach and meeting point
Many clubs travel in their own coach. The pier is at Heinrich-Lübke-Ufer in Cologne-Rodenkirchen; coaches can stop nearby, and the exact address is in the booking confirmation. If you're coming by train, line 16 takes you from the central station right to the boat and back again at night.
Receipt and accounts for the club funds
After payment, you'll automatically receive a PDF receipt by email — with the drinks package, free places and add-ons listed as separate items, so your club's auditors can follow everything. Clubs that would like to pay by invoice should call us before booking, and we'll then set up the booking manually. If individual members drop out, sort it out with us using the booking number; the rules for this are set out in the terms and conditions (in German).
